One Reminder and Two Offers

Club Officer Lists to Toastmasters International

Don’t Forget to submit your club officer list BEFORE June 30, 2024.  This will ensure the following:

• New Club Officers will have access to Club Central

• Your Club will be eligible for one Distinguished Club Program point

Early Bird Open House Incentive

Conduct an Early Bird Open House* before August 31, 2024

Your Club Will Earn Either:

• $25.00 for Open House expenses or

• $25.00 Gift Certificate for TI merchandise

Super 7, Trained Officers

Have all Seven Club Officers Trained Twice

• First Training: Between June 1 and August 31, 2024

• Second Training: Between November 1, 2024 and February 28, 2025
  

Your Club Will Earn a set of seven Club Officer Pins

Note: All Incentives and Promotions are subject to availability and may be substituted at the discretion of the District Director.

*To claim Open House award, submit the following within 30 days of the event to Club Growth Director Dawn Trenholm Colvin at d55cgd@tmd55.org:

• Date of the event

• Promotional Materials for the event

• List of members in attendance

• Guest list with a minimum of three guests

• Copy of follow up email to guests

• Photo or screenshot from the event
