Due Diligence Incentive:
What to do: Renew your Toastmasters membership by May 1, 2024
Who is eligible: Toastmasters who renew their membership this term. There will be one winner per Division per drawing
How to enter: Just pay your dues, no other action is needed. The list of eligible members will be pulled from the membership report and show "September 30, 2024" on their status.
What you earn: There will be TWO drawings. Winners for the first drawing can win $100 in Toastmasters merchandise or a $100 Toastmasters International gift certificate. Winners for the second drawing can win $50 in Toastmasters merchandise OR a $50 Toastmasters International gift certificate.

New Members Incentive:
What to do: Get guests to convert into new members by May 1, 2024
Who is eligible: New members who sign up between July 1 2023 and May 1 2024 and show paid until "September 30, 2024" on their status. There will be one winner per Division.
How to enter: They just need to join Toastmasters and pay through September 30th. No other action is needed. The list of eligible members will be pulled from the membership report.
What you earn: New members can win $50 in Toastmasters merchandise OR a $50 Toastmasters International gift certificate
Deadline: May 1, 2024
Triple Crown Raffle:
What to do: Complete three levels this Toastmasters year before May 1, 2024
Who is eligible: Any members who complete 3 levels between July 1 2023 and May 1 2024 and show paid until "September 30, 2024" on their status will be entered into the raffle. There will be one winner.
How to enter: No additional action is needed besides completing levels and having the VPE enter these into Club Central. The list of eligible members will be pulled from the education report.
What you earn: Everyone will receive a Triple Crown pin. One member will win the raffle grand prize of $50 in Toastmasters merchandise OR a $50 Toastmasters International gift certificate

Open House Promotion:
What to do: Hold an open house between April 1 & June 15, 2024
Who is eligible: All clubs who hold an open house and send proof of execution to Kevin Clark, our Club Growth Director (CGD). All clubs participating will earn this promotion.
How to enter: Hold the open house. Send promotion materials used (flyers, copies of emails, etc.) & the attendee list/guest list to our CGD tmkfclark@gmail.com.
What you earn: All qualified clubs will earn a $25 Toastmasters International gift certificate
Deadline: June 15, 2024
Toastmaster to Toastmaster Nominations:
What to do: Nominate an outstanding fellow Toastmaster you think should be awarded/showcased by May 1, 2024
Who is eligible: Any Toastmaster can nominate any other Toastmaster/s. There is no limit to how many you can nominate. The only criteria is that the person nominated be a current paid member. All nominees will be entered into a drawing. There will be one winner per Division.
How to enter: Send the District Director Amy Espinosa, toastmasteramy@gmail.com, an email including the toastmaster's name & club name and a short description with why you are nominating them
What you earn: One member per division will earn $50 in Toastmasters merchandise OR a $50 Toastmasters International gift certificate

District Volunteer Nominations:
What to do: Nominate a fantastic Toastmaster who has volunteered for a district event or activity to earn an award by May 1, 2024
Who is eligible: Any Toastmaster can nominate any other Toastmaster/s who have volunteered with district events or activities like TLIs, Contests, Demo Meetings, the Bookstore or Conference, Alignment Committee, and other district teams and tasks. There is no limit to how many you can nominate. The only criteria is that the person nominated be a current paid member. All nominees will be entered into a drawing. There will be one winner.
How to enter: Send the District Director Amy Espinosa, toastmasteramy@gmail.com, an email including the toastmaster's name & club name and a short description with why you are nominating them and what event or activity they assisted with
