This is a special “last-minute” officer training led by your District Director, Program Quality Director, and other District Leaders. It is designed to be exactly what officers have told us they want: short, focused, and full of real-world ideas. No endless slides. No fluff.

Hour 1: Club Success Plan - Required. We’ll walk through it together so you can check it off & move on
Hour 2: Club Officer Roles - Required. Best practices, tips, and what’s working in other clubs
Hour 3 (Optional): If you’re new, stay for extra help. If you’re experienced, stay and share your wisdom—or log off early.
