Club Officer Training (COT) - In Person - New Braunfels

You are invited to the In Person Club Officer Training (COT) at the Comal County Senior Citizens Foundation in New Braunfels.

COTs provide interactive essential training for club officers and teach the fundamentals of club leadership.

The three hour Club Officer Training includes the below sessions:

1. Creating a Quality Club - Member experience, Toastmasters brand, Moments of Truth, and the Distinguished Club Program.

2. Leading the Club to Success  - Motivation, delegation, coaching, SMART goals, and building your Club Success Plan.

3. Quality Club Meetings  - Shared understanding of what “quality” looks like and strategies to deliver consistently strong meetings.
