More important than building membership, is keeping members engaged and motivated in their commitment to their goals.  Toastmasters Int'l estimates an average loss of 40% of members even for successful clubs.  Club officers should develop effective approaches to stabilize membership by keeping current members focused on progress and in touch with the value of continued commitment to the program.  In this panel session you'll learn a variety of tips and techniques for achieving these results.
