About the event
You are invited to the In-Person Club Officer Training (COT) in Austin at the Austin Public Library - University Hills Branch in Rooms 1 & 2. Be prepared to hit the ground running by July 1st with the fundamentals of club leadership and a draft plan for execution.
COTs provide interactive essential training for club officers and teach the fundamentals of club leadership.
The three hour Club Officer Training includes the below sessions:
Creating a Quality Club - Member experience, Toastmasters brand, Moments of Truth, and the Distinguished Club Program.
Leading the Club to Success - Motivation, delegation, coaching, SMART goals, and building your Club Success Plan.
Quality Club Meetings - Shared understanding of what “quality” looks like and strategies to deliver consistently strong meetings.
