For the first time, the Fall District Council Meeting will be virtual!
The business meeting will be conducted using Zoom Conferencing on Saturday, September 22 at 10 a.m. The registration process and Zoom link will be available at least a week in advance.
Agenda and information to be approved will be posted on the District website at least 14 days in advance.
The following important items must be approved by the DC before September 30th to meet Toastmasters International reporting requirements:
Each Club President and Vice President of Education will receive one vote for each office held. Toastmaster International policies for online District Council meetings do not allow proxies so only these two club officers will be allowed to participate in the meeting and cast a vote for the club.
