Do you like solving problems, but prefer fast results? Do you enjoy helping others? If so, then the “mini-mentor” program might appeal to you. Mini-mentors are temporary coaches. They work to assist a club in one particular area this is agreed upon between the mini-mentor and a representative club officer in advance and lasting for four-weeks only. To offer your services as a mini-mentor, please fill out and submit the survey found HERE. You will be asked for your area(s) of expertise, geographic preferences, availability (dates, days, times), live assistance and/or virtually and any comments or concerns you might have.
Once we get a request from a club directly or through their Area Director or club coach that matches your skill set and preferences, we will work to match you with them. There will be a short online training you can take to help prepare you for this experience. We will also provide additional resources as needed. Mini-mentors can help in a wide-range of areas, but focus on only one issue during their four-week stint. These four weeks do not need to be consecutive and are part of the agreement. Once the match is made, the mini-mentor works with the club representative to decide exactly what the club needs and how this goal will be achieved. To get credit, the mini-mentor will need to fill out a Project Plan .
