Do you like solving problems, but prefer fast results? Do you enjoy helping others? If so, then the “mini-mentor” program might appeal to you.
Mini-mentors are temporary coaches. They work to assist a club in one particular area this is agreed upon between the mini-mentor and a representative club officer in advance and lasting for four-weeks only.
To offer your services as a mini-mentor, please fill out and submit the survey found HERE. You will be asked for your area(s) of expertise, geographic preferences, availability (dates, days, times), live assistance and/or virtually and any comments or concerns you might have.
Once we get a request from a club directly or through their Area Director or club coach that matches your skill set and preferences, we will work to match you with them. There will be a short online training you can take to help prepare you for this experience. We will also provide additional resources as needed.

Both the mini-mentor and club representative must sign and date the document and forward it to the Club Growth Director at firstname.lastname@example.org.
