How Do I Find and Join a Club?

Step 1:
Visit a Toastmasters club. You can find clubs near you by using the Club Meeting Location Tool. Enter whichever options suit your preferences to filter the results.

Each club has a its own unique personality and culture, so you may wish to visit more than one. Your visit is free, and most clubs will allow you to return as often as you like.
It’s a good idea to look at the club's website, then call or email in advance to confirm the club's meeting time and location.

Step 2:
Once you have selected a club you want to join, ask the club's vice president membership for a membership application and fill it out. (Or complete a PDF version of the application here and print it out.) The vice president membership will assist you in filling out the form and determining dues and fees.

Step 3:
Give your application and payment to the vice president membership of the club. Once you are voted in by the existing membership, a club officer will send your application and fees to Toastmasters International World Headquarters. Your New Member Kit, which will consist of your Competent Communicator manual and your Competent Leader manual, should arrive in the mail in about two weeks.

How Do I Start a Club?
If you are interested in starting a club, fill out the form on the Toastmasters International website. You will then be contacted by the Club Growth Director for our District who will guide you through the process of chartering your club.
