Saturday, May 22, 11 am - 11:45 am
A Club Success Plan guides you and your Club on how to successfully reach your goals like achieving educational awards, promoting membership, and retaining current members. Once completed, your Club officers will know your Club’s strengths, be able to identify opportunities, and address areas for improvement. But how do you move from identifying actions to implementing them? This presentation focuses on how Club officers can move your Club from successful strategic planning to successful strategic doing.
