Kimberly Horndeski is a certified mediator and facilitator with over ten years of experience working with nonprofits, organizations, coalitions, and working groups, to identify objectives, seek creative opportunities and develop strategic plans that lead to actionable and implementable decisions. Ms. Horndeski specializes in integrating concepts from the Institutional Analysis and Development Framework, Cultural Theory, Structured Decision-Making, and the field of organizational culture, to develop collaborative, inclusive, and informed programs designed not only to identify the problem, but also to facilitate the development of a framework for the necessary solutions.
