Golden Gavel Meeting Award

DESCRIPTION: Clubs that conduct a truly exceptional club meeting with a District Officer present will earn a Golden Gavel Meeting banner ribbon, Golden Gavel Meeting pins for the members who participated in the meeting, and recognition at the Fall and Spring Conferences. LIMIT: One award per club

The club must meet all 11 of the following criteria:
HOW TO CLAIM: Invite your Area Director to your meeting, stating that the purpose is for him or her to evaluate your meeting as a Golden Gavel meeting. Your Area Director will determine whether or not all the criteria have been met.
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS for the Area Director: Fill out the Criteria worksheet during the meeting, noting attending club members' names on the 2nd page. If all the criteria have been met, fill out and submit the On-line Submission Form.
